Lewis Mackinnon - Solicitor

Lewis joined Drummond Miller in August 2021 as a work experience student and returned to the firm in May 2022 as a summer student. He subsequently worked with the firm’s Immigration team before beginning his legal traineeship in the Medical Negligence department in July 2024.

Lewis completed his two-year traineeship within the Medical Negligence team and qualified as a solicitor in July 2026. He now works as a Solicitor within the Medical Negligence team, focusing on this specialist area.

Lewis holds a 2:1 LLB (Honours) from Abertay University and completed his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.

Outside of work, Lewis enjoys playing five-a-side football and golf.
